Staffing (Internal/External/Contractor Hiring)
- Responsible for managing multiple channels of resource allocation i.e. recruitment, Mcx, and TSC, ensuring optimal deployment of resources in the project
- Collaborating with internal/ project teams to understand the resourcing needs, tracking fulfillment progress, and managing a smooth pipeline of candidates and assignment
- POC for recruitment activities queries
- Coordinate with People Mobility for Employment Pass Request
- Track and follow up on employment pass applications and renewals, ensuring compliance and timely processing.
Onboarding
- Create and execute streamline onboarding and offboarding process request.
- Managing roll-on and roll-off processes for resources within the projects
- Coordinate with Delivery PMO team for the following activities
- Grant and Remove to Account Wide-Distribution List
- Add or Remove access to the Sharepoint
- Submit requests for building access, account creation, and laptop and monitor and track completion.
- Submit requests for all required applications; monitor and ensure all access is granted successfully.
- Follow-up to complete required onboarding/offboarding actions, mandatory training, etc.
- Laptop Issuance.
Operational
- Set a weekly update with the delivery team for the staffing pipeline and update.
- Create and maintain accurate reporting to monitor resource utilization, availability, and forecast
- Provide actionable insights for resource planning
- Provide recommendations for improving resource management and recruitment processes, where required
- Work with project teams to manage and fulfill project demands and ensure optimal staffing
- TWE Access tracking and reporting
Requirement
- Bachelor's Degree in any field
- At least 6 years or above in Massive Resource management experience
Job Types: Full-time, Contract
Contract length: 12 months
Pay: RM6,500.00 - RM7,500.00 per month
