- Responsible for the general Administrative Assistant duties such as handling of documentations
- Data entry, billing & provide administrative support to department / superior;
- Assist in daily running of office / projects;
- Operation arrangement & communicate with internal & external parties;
- Attend to incoming calls & emails: take messages, respond appropriately and route correspondences to the appropriate person in charge;
- Maintain proper filling of all documents for record keeping;
- To undertake other ad hoc administrative work as assigned by the management from time to time.
- Others ad-hoc tasks from time-to-time.
- Candidate must possess at least SPM qualification.
- Fresh graduate are welcome; Preferably with 1 year of working experience in related field is required for this position.
- Fluent in English & Bahasa Malaysia.
- Must be proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel and PowerPoint).
- Good understanding and strong human relation skills.
- Able to work independently and with teams.
- Self-proactive, initiative, and motivated attitude.
- Solid communication skills both written and verbal.
