  • Responsible for the general Administrative Assistant duties such as handling of documentations
  • Data entry, billing & provide administrative support to department / superior;
  • Assist in daily running of office / projects;
  • Operation arrangement & communicate with internal & external parties;
  • Attend to incoming calls & emails: take messages, respond appropriately and route correspondences to the appropriate person in charge;
  • Maintain proper filling of all documents for record keeping;
  • To undertake other ad hoc administrative work as assigned by the management from time to time.
  • Others ad-hoc tasks from time-to-time.
  • Candidate must possess at least SPM qualification.
  • Fresh graduate are welcome; Preferably with 1 year of working experience in related field is required for this position.
  • Fluent in English & Bahasa Malaysia.
  • Must be proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel and PowerPoint).
  • Good understanding and strong human relation skills.
  • Able to work independently and with teams.
  • Self-proactive, initiative, and motivated attitude.
  • Solid communication skills both written and verbal.
