What would you do?

• Collaborate with the UED team to create and refine product content, including UI text, microcopy, user manuals, and other digital content.
• Assist in the development and maintenance of content style guides and voice/tone guidelines.
• Conduct user research and usability testing to gather insights and feedback on content effectiveness.
• Work closely with designers, developers, and product managers to ensure content aligns with user needs and business goals.
• Participate in brainstorming sessions and contribute innovative ideas to improve the overall user experience.
• Help with content audits and updates to ensure consistency and accuracy across all product touchpoints.
• Support the team in documenting content strategies and writing processes.
• Assist with translation projects for Bahasa Malaysia, English, and Chinese to ensure linguistic and cultural appropriateness.
• Participate in system migration projects to ensure content integrity and consistency during transitions.

Who should join us?

• Currently pursuing a degree in English, Communications, Journalism, Marketing, Human-Computer Interaction, Psychology, Business, or a related field.
• Strong writing, editing, and proofreading skills with an eye for detail.
• Basic understanding of UX principles and user-centered design.
• Familiarity with content management systems (CMS) and digital content creation tools.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
• Eagerness to learn and a proactive attitude.
