Responsibilities:

  • Develop, implement and manage branding strategies to achieve marketing and sales objectives.
  • Managing branding functions including but not limited to strategy formulations and planning, collateral management, database management, social media, website updates and events organization such as flagship store opening, limited edition offering and holiday promotion marketing. Follow thought the entire cycle from planning, preparation of visual materials to final stage execution and conclusion.
  • Closely communicate between Malaysia, Southeast Asia (SEA) regional office and China HQ product teams, build up an integrated marketing plan for the country, carry out creative projects on brand strategy, promotion theme/slogan/ tagline, TVC, visual effects, etc.
  • Annually update company's standard marketing materials based on company strategic direction and multi-brand positioning.
  • Quarterly coordinate the planning and shooting execution on product POP, videography, social media, etc., follow up on the post-production activities, in order to ensure a good image of our stores.
  • Plan and execute creative visual programs including offline branding activities and online campaigns.
  • Survey, study and understand branding activities of direct competitors as well as the latest market trends, develop appropriate action plan to get an upper hand.
  • Establish and maintain good relationship with various stakeholders including but not limit to agencies, media partners, landlord’s branding & marketing team etc.

Requirements:

  • Candidate must possess Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Advertising or any other equivalents academic qualifications
  • Minimum 5 years experiences in branding marketing or product strategy industry.
  • Experience in sports retail will be an added advantage.
  • Candidate with exposure into sportswear or fashion industry are having added advantage.
  • Excellent time management, communications, logical-thinking, decision-making, presentation and organizational skills.
  • A team player and able to work in fast paced environment.
  • High proficiency in English. Ability in Mandarin is a plus for liaison with counterparts in China headquarter.
  • Passion for sports is a must.
