Responsibilities

  • Ensure accuracy and attention to detail in database management.
  • Collaborate with the internal stakeholder(s) to maintain and uphold data integrity.
  • Perform regular checks, creation, amendment, and updating of data.
  • Deliver exceptional customer service to both external and internal stakeholders.
  • Communicate with landlords, arrange viewings, and schedule appointments when related to DB updates.
  • Interact seamlessly with internal teams, including office leasing and retail leasing departments.
  • Apply robust coordination skills to efficiently manage assigned tasks.
  • Able to convey clear messages and communicate effectively with internal and external stakeholders at all levels.
  • Comfortable making calls, coordinating meetings, and liaising with various internal departments.
  • Detail-oriented and able to maintain high accuracy in a fast-paced environment.
  • Thrive under pressure and work well in a dynamic setting.
  • Perform ad hoc duties as assigned by management.
    • Assist and participate as needed for industry functions.
    • Work independently and/or with a team on special and nonrecurring and ongoing projects at the request of the team.
    • Management of e-mail distribution lists and reports.
