Administrative assistants perform administrative and office support for supervisors. They perform a variety of tasks, such as answering telephone calls, receiving and directing visitors, ordering office supplies, maintaining the office facilities running smoothly, and ensuring that equipment and appliances work properly. Document Controller Job 1. To establish, implement, and maintain document control procedures as per ISO 9001:2015 requirements. 2. To record, compile, and distribute accurate meeting minutes for Management Review, Quality, EHS, and other compliance-related meetings. 3. To track action items from meetings and follow up on their completion to support continuous improvement. 4. To manage the creation, review, approval, and distribution of controlled documents (e.g., Standard Operating Procedures, Work Instructions, Control Plans, Forms). 5. To ensure the proper documentation and maintenance of Safety Data Sheets (SDS), REACH, and RoHS compliance records. 6. To ensure proper document version control, including tracking revisions, approvals, and updates to prevent the use of obsolete documents. 7. To maintain a master list of controlled documents, ensuring accuracy, consistency, and accessibility to all relevant personnel. 8. To regularly review and update documents to reflect process changes and continuous improvement efforts. 9. To assist in the preparation and documentation required for internal and external ISO audits, customer and third-party audits. 10. To archive obsolete documents in accordance with company retention policies. 11. To carry out any other duties and assignment as and when given by Top Management as per clauses stated in the ISO 9001 procedures.
