- Work as a business consultant & assist clients by providing product information, addressing inquiries & concerns.
- Collaborate with the sales team to prepare quotations.
- Conduct site visit to clients' business premise & government departments, if needed.
- Ensure the advice given to clients complies with government sector policies and regulations.
- Keep updated with the latest policy & requirements announce by the government.
- Contribute to the development of new products and services that meet market demands.
- Diploma or Degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field.
- Minimum 2 year of experience in sales or operations management;
- Experience with any of the local authorithy (DBKL/ MBSA/ MBSJ) license application, Foreign worker permit, Industrial sales, HALAL, MIDA, and LMW is an added advantage.
- Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities, with a data-driven approach.
- Proven ability to adapt to change, manage multiple priorities, and work under pressure.
- Must have own transport.
- Willing to travel to clients' business location (mainly in KL & Selangor) & government departments if required.
Established Client Base: The role does not require the sales assistant to find clients independently, as the company has an established client base and utilizes social media advertising. Referral and Collaboration Opportunities: New clients are often acquired through referrals and collaborations, providing a supportive environment for sales growth.
