The Purpose of Your Role

The Senior Account Manager works with the Senior Account Director to act as a liaison between clients and internal teams. This includes managing and overseeing all aspects of a client's needs to meet their objectives. Once specific needs are identified this role is responsible for helping to recognize and implement solutions that will contribute to achieving client goals.

In this position, you will report directly to the Senior Account Director (SAD) with a dotted line reporting to the Client Director. You will be the primary point of contact for clients and other internal stakeholders for your assigned accounts.

Your Key Responsibilities

Project/Campaign Delivery

Lead the successful delivery of project and campaign

  • creating clear briefing documents for the internal delivery teams (product, content, tech etc) based on the agreed scope and your understanding of the client's campaign brief and objectives.
  • reviewing all materials before they go out to the client in order to assess quality of work and to make sure our deliverables are on-brief
  • managing project execution and working alongside the Project Management team to ensure the project is delivered on time, on budget and on KPI target, and aligned with client’s objectives
  • reviewing and managing budgets to ensure a healthy gross margin. This will require you to work closely with the Project Management team on resource planning and allocation
  • working with cross-functional teams including agency partners in delivering the project requirements and achieving project KPIs
  • managing, and reviewing project’s progress with internal teams and conducting meetings and regularly update clients on current project status
  • ensuring projects are tracked and measured based on agreed KPIs including working closely with the media team (internal & external) and insights team to track campaign performance, formulate optimisation plan, analyse data, and deliver actionable insights
  • ensuring all communications reflect the Hello Health standards and assist in developing a positive client experience
  • acting as a point of escalation for all client queries across designated projects

Client and Partner Management

Be the client’s brand champion

  • Have a good understanding of the client’s brand portfolio
  • Understand client’s business, industry, competitors, key drivers, environment, etc.
  • Build and maintain excellent key operations and client relationships
  • Be able to articulate client’s brand objectives and ensure they are incorporated into recommendations
  • Be able to extract insights and developing a true understanding of clients' future business needs and challenges

Business Development

Support the SAD in driving revenue growth through organic and new business development, profitability and identifying opportunities for cross-sell. This will include

  • relentlessly working to identify opportunities to bring value to our client’s businesses
  • foreseeing and identifying opportunities and working alongside the SAD to formulate plans to manage and exploit them to drive the business
  • developing proposals based on client’s requirements/briefs
  • contributing to the development of the account plan for each client
  • updating of opportunities in the CRM system and ensuring accuracy of entries - business opportunities, creating quotations, creating invoices; and make sure the invoices get issued and collected in time

Who We Want

  • A solid background in advertising, marketing or digital, preferably with experience in managing 360 campaigns or digital-first campaigns
  • Demonstrated project management skills to manage key project delivery. Understanding cross functional delivery and interdependencies
  • Strong interpersonal and relationship building skills are required (both internally and externally) and the ability to create and deliver presentations, manage new business proposals, and communicate like a boss.
  • Ability to shape and drive direction and activity on a given piece of business; recognizes and advances big ideas
  • Persuasive and confident approach to digital ideas that support broader brand strategy with an awareness of end to end services.

  • Excellent attention to detail and presentation skills at a Senior Client level
  • Stay tuned into new digital trends, industry innovation through self-managed research and learning, as well as participating in HHG coordinated learning activities.
  • Develop a detailed understanding of HHG service offering, be able to identify opportunities and lead presentations of responses and pitches to the client

Qualifications & Skills:

  • 5+ years of experience in in Digital/Media/Creative agency
  • Experience working with multiple stakeholders, e.g. suppliers, media agencies, media owners and internal resources
  • A track record of success in integrating a digital product offering into a wider communications planning offering (offline and online)
  • Knowledge coupled with passion for digital: deep understanding of everything from SEO, SEM, programmatic, social media marketing, and website. Must understand all of these and be able to illustrate how these disciplines/approaches can be applied to deliver client solutions
  • Excellent time management and organizational skills
  • Experience leading people
  • Strong ability to work independently and remotely from line management
  • Strong ability to work with Google Suite and Microsoft office particularly excel and PowerPoint
  • Excellent command of English (reading/writing/speaking/listening)
  • Full awareness of creative processes and techniques – including digital platforms
  • Bachelor degree from a leading university (or equivalent work experience)
