Part of the Digital Account Servicing team responsible to provide end-to-end creative Digital Solutions to clients from wide-ranging industries.
Your role involves liaising with client on, amongst others project scope, key deliverables and schedule; while building and maintaining strong client relationships.
You will be contributing in all project stages from project origination through to project execution and review.
Job Scope:
This position requires a person with good organizational and project management skills, as well as competent in project planning and coordination.
Core responsibilities:
- -Meet and liaise with clients to understand project brief and requirements -Track project timeline to ensure work is delivered according to schedule -Conduct quality assurance tests during project review -Facilitate all project requirements between clients and all internal teams, while ensuring relevant parties are kept abreast on key updates such as schedule and budget -Involve in preparation of pitch and creative proposals
Other responsibilities:
- -Coordinate communications between all internal creative and development team members -Build strong rapport with clients to ensure long term business relationships -Continuous learning and developing of industry knowledge to establish areas of opportunity with potential clients
