  1. Make sure the webpage is open.
  2. In the Safari app on your Mac, choose Safari > Preferences, then click Security.
  3. Make sure the Enable JavaScript checkbox is selected.
  4. Click Websites.
  5. On the left, click Content Blockers.
  6. Make sure Off is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.
  7. On the left, click Pop-up Windows.
  8. Make sure Allow is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.

  2. Click. then Settings.
  3. Click Privacy and Security.
  4. Click Site settings.
  5. Click JavaScript.

Remuneration : Basic Salary + Commission

Responsibilities:

• Establish contact with potential clients to achieve revenue targets

• Deliver excellent customer service at all times

• Develop and execute innovative sales strategies and initiatives for construction & renovation projects

• Liaise & coordinate with client, design & project team, sub-contractor and preparation of relevant documents to ensure smooth operation

• Collection of payments

• Plan & execute project activities to ensure projects are completed on time, within budget and of good quality standard

• Manage overall pre-project planning, deadlines and execution, site inspection of works in progress whenever necessary

• To negotiate with supplier and recommend suitable price, to immediate superior for approval

Qualifications:

• Diploma or Degree in Marketing or related field of study

• A minimum of 2 years of sales & project experience in the construction & renovation industry

• Able to work under pressure/weekends/public holidays, when required

• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills

• Good spoken and written English and Bahasa Malaysia. Proficiency in Mandarin is an added advantage

• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications (Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint)

• An independent and proactive team player with a positive attitude, attention to detail, and ability to multi-task in a dynamic, fast-paced environment

• Possess own transport and willing to travel
