Job Description- To source for new and suitable tenants with good retail concepts for retail space in line with the tenant mix planning. Initiate discussion with potential tenants; negotiate the lease and other terms and conditions.
- Liaise closely with inter-department on matters pertaining to rent and deposit collection, IT-out and operations.
- Establish and maintain a good landlord-tenant relationship. Resolve any tenants’ concerns and issues soonest possible in the interest of the betterment of the mall.
- Conduct market research on shopping centers in order to keep abreast with retail property developments in the market from time to time.
- To achieve maximum occupancy and lease target for Econsave before and after opening.
- To update leasing reports or other relevant related tenancy issues/ terms and conditions and etc.
- To coordinate and arrange for site viewing/ vacant lot viewing with prospective tenants from time to time.
- To coordinate on the takeover and handover of the leased of demised premises for fit-out arrangement.
- Any other ad hoc task assigned by the management from time to time.
Job Requirements- Candidate must possess at least a Diploma/ Advanced/ Higher/ Graduate Diploma/ Bachelor Degree in any field
- 2 years of working experience in leasing retail or office space / property industry are perferred.
- Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply
- Language required: English, Bahasa. Ability to speak Mandarin will be an added advantage.
- Strong organizational & time management skills
- Candidate must willing to travel interstate from time to time.
- Candidate must able to work at Pandamaran, Port Klang.
