Job Purpose
Analyze and process new Credit Card/Personal Finance applications, liaison with applicants and other administrative tasks.
Key Responsibilities
- FINANCIAL
- Responsible to review, evaluate and recommend new credit card/PF applications, as well as existing customer’s requests within agreed SLA.
- Ensure quality credit assessment and due diligence to ensure compliance to internal policies and procedures.
- Review supporting income documents and calculate verified income accurately.
- Identify and recommend credit limit based on customer’s credit worthiness and submit to approvers for final decision.
- Responsible to approve STP cases based on customer’s credit worthiness and in compliance to internal policies and guidelines.
- Identify and detect fraudulent applications and avoid recommendation based on false credit information
- COMPLIANCE
- Accountable for compliance with BNM regulatory and internal policies for credit judgement.
- Always ensure confidentiality of customer’s information.
- TAT / PRODUCTIVITY
- Able to work closely within team members and inter-department members to complete tasks in stipulated time.
- To ensure daily KPI is met
- OTHERS
- Perform other functions / duties as when required by management.
- Accountable for maintaining high standard of professionalism and image, consistent with the Bank’s requirement.
- Bachelor's Degree / Professional qualification in any discipline from a recognized institution.
- Must have good analytical, interpersonal and computer skills.
- Excellent verbal and written Bahasa & English communication.
