  • Support the Client’s loyalty programme by collaborating with brand owners in various business categories ranging from food & Beverages, consumer products, services, leisure and holidays, health and beauty, lifestyle &, etc.
  • Responsible to plan, proposing, and negotiating privileges/deals/ promotions which are in line with the client’s requirement & direction.
  • Helping merchants to create brand awareness and recognition in accordance with clients’ marketing strategy.
  • Responsible for general administrative functions of the Merchant Partnership management, including ongoing follow-up support with both the new and existing merchants, initiate meetings, coordinate planning, preparing presentations/proposal and agreements.
  • Attend and facilitate merchants’ queries and concerns, communicate with them effectively and timely, provide them with accurate information on the campaigns.
  • Prepare report on the programme whenever required by the management, merchant or the client, whenever is required.

  • Around 1-3 years of working experience in Sales and Marketing, Promotional Strategies, Communication and Advertising, or related roles.
  • A good understanding of brick & mortar business or e-commerce is a added advantage.
  • Possess at least a recognized Diploma/Degree/Master's Degree in Business, Marketing, Communication, or equivalent.
  • Able to communicate in English and Bahasa Malaysia, and the ability to speak Mandarin is added advantage.
  • Possess a desire for success and hunger for knowledge and skills. Self-driven to learn from the team and outside sources.
  • Able to analyse the situation and consider options that are out of the box solutions.
  • An insightful individual able to provide new perspectives to our clients, merchants and management.
