Are you passionate about providing exceptional customer service and support? We are looking for a dedicated Customer Service Executive to join our team.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Receive stocks from suppliers and ensure timely deliveries.
  • Advise superiors when to reorder stock based on inventory levels.
  • Sort, arrange, and organize stock in the uniform room.
  • Manage orders through Jot Form for uniforms for new hires, replenishments, exchanges, and additional purchases by staff.
  • Ensure uniform stocks are available for showroom orders.
  • Reconcile uniform quantities with monthly reports sent to the Finance department.
  • Submit salary deduction forms for uniform purchases made by showroom staff to HR.
  • Gather all relevant information during ordering processes and ensure vendor payments are completed.
  • Check morning attendance and group staff to ensure compliance with grooming SOPs, providing guidance as needed.
  • Inform superiors of any issues regarding staff grooming.
  • Understand product features and benefits to provide informed support.
  • Strengthen connections with showroom staff to enhance teamwork.
  • Ensure compliance with the company’s branding in all staff and showroom operations.
  • Follow up with the person in charge (PIC) on maintenance tasks to ensure showroom performance is optimal.
  • Discuss outstanding issues, gather updates, and facilitate communication for ongoing maintenance needs.
  • Research and analyze potential vendors/suppliers to align with project requirements and quality standards.
  • Evaluate vendor proposals based on cost, quality, service, and performance, facilitating comparisons and negotiations to select the best suppliers.
  • Build and maintain strong vendor relationships through clear communication and performance evaluations post-project.
  • Reach out to potential suppliers to discuss project needs and gather initial information to foster rapport.

Qualifications:

  • Strong organizational and communication skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks.
  • Previous experience in customer service or a related field is preferred.
