JOB DESCRIPTION

  • Contract Administration - Plan, prepare and review contract administrations matters including defence on legal lawsuits with external lawyers and project team members to ensure compliance with all laws and regulations and aligned with company’s policies and procedures
  • Coordinate Work Package - Facilitate in coordination of Work Package to aid Project Coordinators in their undertaking of their Work Package
  • Documents and Financial Computation Management - Devise, arrange and compile documentation and facts, and financial computation for notification and submission of (appeal) additional fee to Client
  • Billing Submissions and Payments/ Billing Management - Coordinate, and liaise with Client, Sub-consultants and Finance Department on billing submissions and payments to ensure proper contracts administrations and costing are carried out
  • Contracts and Papers Management - Plan and organize Management Papers/LOA for KSSB contract with Sub-consultants, direct (internal) consultants and vendors for project office operations
  • Interim Payment Certificates - Review and prepare Sub-consultants / specialist’s / vendors’ interim payment certificate to maintain the performance, execution, and completion of contracts for the project
  • Client Liaison - Contribute and support in liaison with client to identify on the needs, quality, deadlines, and deliverables for the project to promote smooth operations and enhance business integrities that align with the company’s vision, mission, and goals
  • Knowledge Management - Involves in the implementation and maintenance of appropriate knowledge management within area of expertise to enable success in future projects and enhancing pace in development


Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in engineering or quantity surveying
  • 1 to 2 years relevant working experience
  • Proficient in using Microsoft Office (e.g. Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and related software
