We are seeking a talented and creative Social Media Marketing Executive to join our growing marketing team in enhancing our brand’s digital footprint across SEA. This person will take ownership of the planning, implementation, and management of our social media strategies across various platforms for all our brands ; Flower Chimp, Happy Bunch, Cake Rush and LVLY.The ideal candidate should have a deep understanding of social media trends, a flair for storytelling, and a passion for creating compelling content that drives engagement.
Key Responsibilities include:
Social Media Strategy:
- Develop and execute comprehensive social media strategies that align with the company's commercial goals and brand identity.
- Stay informed about emerging trends, algorithms, and best practices in social media marketing.
Content Creation:
- Create engaging and visually appealing content and assets for social media platforms (organic and paid) including posts, reels, videos, and infographics,.
- Ability to shoot and edit videos for social use.
- Collaborate with the creative team to produce high-quality video formats when necessary.
Influencer Marketing
- Develop and execute influencer marketing strategies and creative campaigns, from scripting to execution to analysis.
- Identify and build relationships with prominent influencers and thought leaders.
- Brainstorm new, creative approaches to influencer campaigns.
Platform Management:
- Manage and maintain our company's presence on various social media platforms, such as Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn, and others.
- Maintain a content calendar to ensure a consistent posting schedule and align content with marketing campaigns and new product launches.
- Schedule and publish posts, updates, and advertisements.
- Monitor social media accounts, respond to comments, and engage with followers.
Analytics and Reporting:
- Monitor social media metrics and key performance indicators (KPIs).
- Analyze data to assess the effectiveness of social media campaigns and adjust strategies accordingly.
- Prepare regular reports on social media performance and trends.
Campaign Management:
- Plan and execute social media marketing campaigns, contests, and promotions.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to integrate social media into broader marketing campaigns.
Crisis Management:
- Escalate and coordinate responses as needed to address customer concerns.
Job Requirements
Qualifications & Working Experience
- Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, or a related field (preferred).
- Minimum 2 years experience as a Social Media Executive or in a similar role, preferably in a start-up, lifestyle, food and beverage or retail industry,
Area of Experience
- In-depth knowledge of social media platforms, trends, and tools.
- Proficiency in social media management and analytics tools (e.g., Hootsuite, Sprout Social, Google Analytics).
- Strong copywriting and content creation skills.
- Experience in paid advertising, SEO or SEM is a plus.
