SR FINANCE EXECUTIVE

To ensure accounts are prepared on a timely manner and accuracy of the Company’s accounts. The person is responsible for maintenance of the General Ledger module and preparation of the monthly, quarterly and yearly financial statements.

Based at Bukit Batu, Sedenak

• Maintain and analyse the monthly management report in timely and accurately. To assist in preparing of annual budgets and monitor the budgetary control.
• To assist in the preparation of other company’s supplementary reports on monthly, quarterly, half yearly and yearly basis for management, audit and statutory purposes.
• Prepare monthly management report to ensure all transaction occurred has been taken up accordingly on accrual basis in order to assist top management to get overall view about performance and position of the company.
• Check and monitor all related payment prepared by account clerks. Here to ensure payments made to third party are accurate and have appropriate and enough supporting document. Besides that to ensure payment made are in the time frame decided by management.
• Liaise with auditor and tax agent. Here to provide relevant information in order to convince our prototype financial report are true and fair view and appropriate report or form can be issued and submitted to the Statutory Body to avoid from penalty imposed.
• Maintains and monitoring files. Here to ensure all accounting document are keep and maintain accordingly.
• Monitor the internal control process for all aspects of the accounting functions and ensure adherence of the company’s policies & procedure. Responsible in monitor of the Financial and accounting system to ensure all transaction are accurate and tally with system.
• There should be a close liaison between the credit controller and the marketing /sales department so that credit issues are resolved smoothly.
• Checking and updating and assessing a customer's credit worthiness based on payment track record and financial position.
• Reviewing and recommending credit limits and terms based on the credit worthiness assessment.
