Position: Plant Manager

Job Description:

Responsible for daily management of production, engineering & process, warehouse, quality and other functions in Vietnam plant.

Job responsibilities:

1. Develop and implement daily production and operation management, led the team to achieve shipment target, quality control, cost control and profit improvement;

2. Preside over and promote the establishment of relevant processes and systems of manufacturing and process departments and continued optimization and improvement;

3. Responsible for plant facility planning according to the development needs of the company, and ensure the efficient operation of plant equipment, processes and systems;

4. Responsible for manufacturing cost control, supervision and control of various expenses, formulation of standard working hours, improvement of production layout, process methods, equipment and fixtures, in order to improve efficiency and enhance product competitiveness;

5. Establish and maintain quality standards to continuously improve product quality and customer satisfaction;

6. Responsible for daily management of warehouse in Vietnam factory;

7. Responsible for production safety management, formulation and implementation of production safety system to ensure the safety and health of employees;

8. Team building and personnel training;

9. Other matters assigned by the leader.

Job Requirements:

1. Bachelor degree or above, major in science and engineering is preferred;

2. Good command of Chinese and English.

3. Need to have comprehensive manufacturing management experience, understand the entire industry chain of EMS manufacturing industry, understand SMT, DIP, MI production process and key technologies;

4. Engineering & process, warehouse, quality, facility management experience is preferred;

5. Have good leadership and team management experience, can effectively motivate and manage the team;

6. Good communication and coordination skills, able to effectively cooperate with internal and external;

7.Excellent professional quality, team spirit, strong sense of responsibility, can work under pressure and accept challenges.
