This role will work on our new business in Malaysia, and will be responsible for critical early stage work including the launch and deployment of logistics from the ground up.
Responsibilities:
- Responsible to drive Tiktok logistics partner performance to ensure procedures and regulations are enforced, and continuously improve the key metrics, service quality and stakeholder satisfaction.
- Perform in-depth market research and analysis of local e-commerce logistics industry. Cooperate with regional teams and work on end-to-end logistics solution design.
- Drive project deployment with Tiktok cross-functional team and logistics partners.
- Find opportunities for functional improvement by data analysis and logistic operation research. Continue to drive operation improvements and innovations that are best suited for the local market. Contribute to the accumulation of our core system capabilities to better serve other markets.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree or higher, preferably with project management or supply chain operation management background.
- At least 3 to 5 years of working experience in e-commerce marketplace operations
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to secure alignment
- Self-motivated and results driven, able to collaborate and ability to influence stakeholders
- Proficiency in English
