Responsibilities
- Collect and file data accurately using the CRM system.
- Generate daily reports from both internal and external systems.
- Collaborate with Customer Service to resolve any client issues.
- Report technical issues to the Technical team.
- Assist the supervisor in completing other assigned tasks.
- A diploma or bachelor’s degree is preferred.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in back-office operations, KYC, customer support, or related fields.
- Ability to work in 24/7 rotational shifts (7am-4pm, 3pm-12am, 11pm-7am).
- Must be based in KL Eco City (with the option for WFH during the night shift).
- Proficiency in both English and Mandarin (to support mandarin speaking clients).
- Interest in the financial industry.
- Quick learner, with proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
- Customer-focused, with a strong orientation toward results and quality.
- Team player with a proactive, self-motivated approach.
