Responsibilities

  • Collect and file data accurately using the CRM system.
  • Generate daily reports from both internal and external systems.
  • Collaborate with Customer Service to resolve any client issues.
  • Report technical issues to the Technical team.
  • Assist the supervisor in completing other assigned tasks.
  • A diploma or bachelor’s degree is preferred.
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in back-office operations, KYC, customer support, or related fields.
  • Ability to work in 24/7 rotational shifts (7am-4pm, 3pm-12am, 11pm-7am).
  • Must be based in KL Eco City (with the option for WFH during the night shift).
  • Proficiency in both English and Mandarin (to support mandarin speaking clients).
  • Interest in the financial industry.
  • Quick learner, with proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
  • Customer-focused, with a strong orientation toward results and quality.
  • Team player with a proactive, self-motivated approach.
