        Relationship Management:

        • Provide excellent customer service to ensure client satisfaction and repeat business.

          Market Research:

          • Stay informed about market trends, competitors, and industry developments.
          • Provide feedback to the sales team and management about market conditions and product improvements.

            Reporting:

            • Maintain accurate records of all sales activities, customer interactions, and sales performance.
            • Prepare regular reports on sales performance and market trends.

  • Proven experience as a Sales Representative or in a similar sales role.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong organizational and time management abilities.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Familiarity with RM software and sales tools.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.
