Job Responsibility
Job Requirements
- Daily Stock Count exercise - ALL branches
- Ensure performance of daily cycle count by ALL branches as per stocktake calendar.
- Ensure stock take guideline is adhered to for completeness and accuracy.
- Stock take reconciliation are done accurately (only valid documents are accepted for reconciling).
- PPE verification - ALL Branches & support centre
- Ensure all tangible fixed assets in ALL branches and support centre are tagged for identification purpose.
- Annual full PPE verification done for ALL branches and support centre.
- Ensure damage / non-existence PPE are written off.
- PPEÂ
- Ensure all PPE movements (acquisition, write-offs, disposals, transfers) are recorded correctly for month end closing purpose.
- Â Audit
- Attend to audit request with TAT of 2 working days.
- Â Â ReportingÂ
- Preparation of supporting schedules for month end closing.
- Assist in cost allocation for Branch P&L.
- Assist in preparation of yearly tax computation.
- Quarterly Management Assertion presentation to Board.
- Assist in compilation of month commentary.
- Any other ad hoc assignment
Job Requirements
- Certificate / Diploma in Accounting or equivalent qualifications.
- Minimum 2 - 3 years of relevant experiences.
- Responsible, positive attitude, mature and able to work independently.
- Good interpersonal and communication skills.
