Job Responsibilities
- Responsible for daily administrative support work for Vice Chairman and Directors.
- Support Vice Chairman and Directors on expenses management, calendaring, answering phone calls, claims etc.
- Assist Vice Chairman and Directors in business & personal arrangements and matters.
- Undertake any ad hoc assignment task given by Vice Chairman and Directors.
- Organize travelling plans and itinerary of the Vice Chairman and Directors, including booking flights, hotels, and ground transportation.
- Provide other administrative support as necessary, including scheduling group meetings, maintaining calendars, doing research, and creating reports.
- Prepare letters, memos, and other documents using word processing, spreadsheet, database, or presentation software.
- Able to withstand any ad-hoc request at last minute.
- Attend to all secretarial and personal administrative and research support duties in a confidential manner.
- Maintain and troubleshooting office equipment.
- Coordinate office operations, ensure the availability of all necessary office supplies, and maintain proper order.
- Oversee day-to-day office operations, including maintaining office supplies, equipment, and facilities.
- Ensure a clean, organized and safe work environment for employees.
- Plan office budget.
Requirements
Job Requirements
- Candidate must possess in min Diploma business administration, secretarial or equivalent
- Strong communication skills and interpersonal skills
- Proficiency in English is a must.
- Have a strong sense of responsibility and strong execution ability.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information discreetly.
- At least 5 years of relevant working experience is preferable.
