Job Description

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Community Management
    • You will work with social teams to do daily community management across FB, IG, TikTok, YouTube – responding to queries and comments with guidance from an approved FAQ sheet
    • You will do the necessary escalations to clients, when there are social issues that require further inputs
    • You will explore ways of engaging with the online community to drive higher interactions and build an active and dynamic community
  • Social-First Content Creation
    • You will be required to brainstorm and ideate for culturally relevant content ideas, that reflect what’s trending across culture and social platforms like TikTok
    • You will be responsible for shooting and editing content using mobile phones and apps like Canva in best practice outputs
    • Content creation can be part of always-on content calendars or for on-ground events located within the Klang Valley
  • Research and Other Support
    • You may be required to support our social teams in doing research on social to support social strategies or to provide guidance
Qualifications

  • Minimum diploma in Mass Communication or any related field.
  • Native content creator, who regularly creates social-first content.
  • You must be familiar and comfortable with shooting and editing using mobile phone and 3rd party editing apps with a high aesthetic POV, create engaging and thumb-stopping video content.
  • Able to work within timelines.
  • Confident and able to handle situations professionally.
  • Strong understanding of social media platforms and landscape, and have a finger on the pulse of what's trending in culture.
  • Applicants should be Malaysian citizens or hold a relevant valid visa.
