As Sales Manager for APAC, you will be working within the company's within sales team. You will ensure the commercial development of Elum Energy in the region APAC by closing new sales of our solar hybrid controllers.
The position is preferably based in Malaisia. Your market will be the whole APAC region.
You will be dealing on a daily basis with EPCs, IPPs, energy specialists and electrical equipment manufacturers to understand their needs and sell our products. You will be reporting to the company’s Asia sales director.
Missions:
- Development and implementation of the commercial strategy
- Carrying out technical and commercial offers
- Conducting commercial and financial negotiations until the order is placed-
- Management of customer accounts and/or associated partners
- Account management with our main key customers and installers in the country
- Reporting (ERP CRM)
We are looking for a candidate with the following profile:
- Diploma in electrical engineering / renewable energies
- Previous experience in solar, preferably in hybrid projects or energy storage
- Previous experience in sales in the region APAC
- Language: English & another language is a +
- Excellent network in the APAC region
- Proactivity and autonomy and creativity.
- Ethical with a drive to succeed.
- Excellent networking, persuasion, negotiation and deal closing skills.
- Communication : Excellent communication skills both written and verbal.
