  • Experience: 0-5 years in a customer service or related role; fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
  • Preferred Background: Experience in customer service, customer success, or support is an advantage.
  • Flexibility: Able to work on a 24/7 rotational shift schedule.
  • Education: Open to all Malaysian citizens with relevant academic qualifications.
