- Develop the company payroll.
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field (master's degree is preferred)
- 5+ years of progressive HR experience, including talent acquisition, people operations, and business partnering. (Chinese speaking added advantage)
- Proven experience as an HR Manager or in a senior HR role, preferably in the a manufacturing industry
- In-depth knowledge of HR best practices, employment laws, and regulations in Malaysia.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Excellent problem-solving and conflict resolution abilities
- Knowledge of benefits and administration field
- Exceptional organisational and time management skills
