To plan and manage People Experience function in the areas of headcount planning, recruitment and staffing for all stakeholders in PruBSN.
Job Description
- Headcount Planning
- To facilitate any additional headcount request from respective Head of Division and submission of the said request to the Management for approval.
- To facilitate any divisional restructuring request from respective Head of Division and submission of the said request to the Management for approval.
- To update divisional approved headcount plan and organization structures in accordance to the approved change request.
- Recruitment
- To work with respective Head of Division on the development of annual recruitment plan which will serve as a guide for annual recruitment activities.
- To manage and continuously monitor the progress on company-wide recruitment related processes, activities and expenses (against budget).
- To work with the recruitment services vendors on the provision of recruitment related services including candidates resourcing, assessment tools, background screening, and pre-hiring medical check-ups.
- To play a role as a panel interviewer (for DM position and below).
- To jointly recommend the right candidate(s) for the identified role(s).
- Staffing
- To manage and continuously monitor the progress on company-wide staffing related processes including
- staff confirmation, transfer, secondment, and separation (resignation/retirement/termination).
- To review monthly Staffing report for submission to the stakeholders.
- Others
- To perform any ad-hoc tasks, assignments, and projects as assigned by direct supervisor and/or higher level superior from time to time.
- Preferably with a Degree in Human Resources or equivalent
- Must have between 7 to 9 years of relevant working experience in Human Resources

- Good working knowledge of the Employment Act 1955, Industrial Relations Act 1967 and other Labour Laws.
- Good working knowledge of the recruitment and staffing processes.
- Proficient in Bahasa Melayu and English (spoken and written)
- Good working skills of Microsoft Office (Words, Excel and Power Points)
