We are looking for HR & Admin Executive/Senior Executive to join the team, who is passionate about creating a nourishing workplace and to provide support to our Malaysia office. You will perform a variety of office administrative tasks and will act as the first point of contact for related queries from employees, external vendors and contractors.

Responsibilities:

Administrations

  • Support the key office infrastructure both in set up and administration of IT systems, equipment purchases and registration.
  • Provide daily support to office operation on matters pertaining to facilities and administration on-site, including communicating effectively with various stakeholders.
  • Respond to service calls, requests, queries, feedback or complaints and follow up accordingly.
  • To coordinate with the contractors, vendors, service providers, external authorities, and key stakeholders in the daily and periodic maintenance of the office and implementation of the office maintenance policies.
  • Lead the negotiation with the building management and various contractors.

HR Operations

  • Manage day to day Human Resource and Administrative activities and conduct the HR & Admin functions.
  • Assist in time attendance & payroll related matters.
  • Perform daily HR duties from on-boarding to off-boarding.
  • Coordinate with all departments on hiring plans, resignations, confirmations, and all other HR related matters.
  • Coordinate hiring activities by utilizing various sourcing methods such as job boards, social media, and networking to find qualified candidates.

Qualifications:

  • At least 2 years of experience in HR & Administration with a focus on employee relations, policy and procedure development and compliance.
  • Proven ability to work collaboratively with people at all levels.
  • Good communication skills and fluent in English and Mandarin (to liaise with Mandarin speaking counterparts)
  • Experience in the Financial/Fintech industry is an added advantage.
