We are seeking a data-driven and analytical leader to manage our Retail Banking Communication Performance Analysis. This role will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of communication performance analysis, including data processing, visualisation, and storytelling for post-campaign reports. You will play a key role in identifying areas for improvement and developing strategies to enhance the effectiveness of our retail banking communication efforts.

Job Descriptions

Performance Analysis

  • Lead and manage a team of Communication Performance Analysts.
  • Develop and implement a comprehensive communication performance measurement framework for retail banking initiatives.
  • Design and execute data collection processes for various communication channels.
  • Cleanse and analyze communication performance data using statistical and data visualization tools.
  • Create compelling data visualizations and reports to communicate insights to stakeholders.
  • Identify trends and opportunities to improve communication effectiveness across retail banking channels.
  • Develop and implement data-driven recommendations to optimize communication campaigns.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams (marketing, product, etc.) to ensure alignment with communication goals.
  • Stay up-to-date on the latest trends and best practices in communication performance analysis.
  • To pull data from our web analytics tools or other reporting application and have the business acumen to make sense of the web data and drive insight that would optimize the performance and also consumer experience.
  • To manage campaign goals using Google Analytic (GA), Sprinklr, Looker Studio, and other tools and provide insight/learning that link back to campaign performance

Campaign Management

  • Understanding the business challenge & communication brief and articulate it to communication and touchpoint plan that serve the customer needs and solve the business objective.
  • Marketing communication plans are executed following the approved creative concept & media plan:

- within timeline

- without any errors.

-match the target segment to achieve business objective

- abide to the brand spirit, image and identity.

  • Have a good understanding of the various digital media channels (Affiliates, SEM, SEO and Social Media) and applying best practices for improvement and growth
  • To assist in building an understanding of the business and digital marketing objectives by analyzing online user behavior, conversion data and customer journeys, funnel analysis and multi-channel attribution

Job Requirements

  • Proven experience as Digital Marketing Executive or similar role
  • Excellent understanding of digital marketing concepts and best practices
  • Analytical mindset and critical thinking
  • Strong analytical skills with proficiency in data manipulation and statistical analysis tools (e.g., Excel, SQL, Python)
  • Proficient with Microsoft, Excel, Word and PowerPoint for producing reports and presentations
  • Experience in handling the campaign setup of Google Ads/FB Ads and campaign management and optimization.
  • Perfect knowledge of web analytics tools and ad servicing tools (e.g. Google Analytics, WebTrends, Looker Studio, Sprinklr)
  • Ability to relay analytical insight to internal and external stakeholders with various levels of analytical and digital knowledge and at all levels of seniority
