Sales and Revenue Management

  • Oversee daily sales operations ensuring consistency in service quality and customer experience.
  • Develop and execute effective sales strategies to consistently meet and exceed sales targets.
  • Conduct morning briefing to ensure daily sales target is met and maximize appointments.
  • Responsible for ensuring branch hit sales target.
  • Monitor daily, weekly, and monthly sales performance, adjusting strategies to drive revenue.

    • Conduct regular performance evaluations, provide constructive feedback, and foster a collaborative and motivated team environment.
    • Mentor and coach team members in the areas of sales /Clinic SOP/ Grooming as in accordance of Operations SOP

          • Work with the marketing team to execute promotional campaigns, events, and initiatives to attract new leads.
          • Strategically plan and execute marketing initiatives to boost clinic traffic and sales.
          • Track the effectiveness of marketing efforts, refining strategies to maximize impact on revenue.

Qualifications:

  • Experience: Minimum 2 years of management experience in the beauty, aesthetics, wellness, or hospitality industry with a strong, proven record of achieving sales targets.
  • Skills:

    • Mandarin fluency is a plus.
    • Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills with a focus on driving sales.
    • Demonstrated ability to exceed sales goals and build client relationships.
    • Familiarity with aesthetic treatments, products, and industry regulations is a plus.
