Job Responsibility

  • Preparing, company and storing information in paper and digital form
  • Dealing with queries on the phone and by email
  • Arranging post and deliveries
  • Taking minutes at meetings
  • Typing up letters and reports
  • Updating computer records using a database
  • Maintaining office systems
  • Liaising with suppliers
  • Liaising with staff in other departments, e.g. finance, HR

Job Requirements

  • Minimum SPM
  • Fluent in English and Mandarin
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to listen actively and understand customer needs.
  • Organizational Skills.
  • With/without experience encourage to apply ya.
  • Salary is depending on working Experience.
  • Interns/fresh graduate may encourage to apply.
  • Outstation may apply, as we provide hostel.
  • Preferred candidate may communicate in Mandarin.
