- Obtaining, proposing and monitoring deadlines and follow-up dates.
- Supervising employee onboarding and preparing documentation.
- Drafting administrative correspondence and minutes.
- Handling all employee queries, written or verbal.
- Responding to emails and calls on behalf of the department.
- SPM/Diploma/Degree or higher academic qualifications in any relevant fields.
- Fresh graduate is welcome to apply.
- Fluent in Bahasa Malaysia and English.
- Strong administrative and organizational skills.
- Computer literate and numerate.
- Competence in using MS Office applications and Google Spreadsheets.
- Excellent communication skills for in-person, email and telephone calls.
- Aggressive and fast learner.
- Capable to manage multiple tasks.
- Effective time management skills to meet deadlines and complete tasks promptly.
