Job Description:

We are offering an exciting opportunity for a motivated and enthusiastic individual to join our team as a Human Resource & Administration Intern. This internship will provide valuable hands-on experience in various HR and administrative functions, allowing you to develop your skills and gain insight into the operations of our organization.

Responsibilities:

  • Assist in the recruitment process by sourcing candidates, scheduling interviews, and conducting initial screenings.
  • Support the onboarding process for new employees, including preparing orientation materials and facilitating orientation sessions.
  • Assist in maintaining accurate employee records, including attendance, leave, and personal information.
  • Support the administration of employee benefits programs, including enrollment and coordination with insurance providers.
  • Assist in organizing and coordinating training and development initiatives for employees.
  • Provide administrative support to the HR team, including data entry, filing, and document preparation.
  • Assist in drafting and updating HR policies and procedures manuals
  • Assist in the entry of data for Payroll.
  • Support general office administration tasks, including procurement, facilities management, and vendor coordination.
  • Assist in organizing employee engagement activities and events.
