Job Description Summary

Report to the Senior Quality Manager. Responsible for all in-process quality control function and QA activities in manufacturing (end to end)
Plan, organize, coordinates and lead projects relating to process, manufacturing and quality to support the requirements of the Quality Assurance System. Provide leadership in the analysis and resolution of manufacturing quality problem using specific techniques and tools. Evaluate the state of manufacturing processes to ensure adequate control and continuous improvement. Assist the Senior Quality Manager in monitoring Quality Audit activities and attending to external audits.

Job Description

RESPONSIBILITIES:

1. Responsible for overall management of QA Activities in Manufacturing or cells (end to end)

2. Liaise with Cell Leaders/Shift leads relating to quality as to ensure that products are manufactured to requirements.

3. Assure that all quality control functions are performed effectively to meet production schedule through planning and good communication.

4. Collect quality data and produce report to management on trend analysis and resolve quality problems.

5. Responsible for the release of Subassembly IC lots, finished goods lots & bulk pack lots.

6. Perform training and appraisal to subordinates.

7.Lead and motivate subordinate to achieve the highest level of proficiency.

8.Performed validation work, by writing protocol, executing the protocol, performing data analysis and writing report.

9.Be a Project Leader and QA Representative in Non Design and Design Change Projects.

10.Carry out administrative duties and special projects related to QA activities as instructed by direct superior.

11.Participate or lead quality improvement activities pertaining advise quality trend and customer complaints.

12.Perform continuous Quality Control evaluation and trend analysis on product quality issues, resolve quality problems and initiate corrective action with other departments as required.

13.Perform gap analysis against the Divisional Operating Procedures and Corporate Policy and update local procedures accordingly.

14.Be the independent reviewer for validation protocol & report. Review process validation data generated and performed statistical analysis where appropriate

15. Drive CTW for Quality Manufacturing
