Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for an Indoor Sales Coordinator at Ultifresh Activewear's Puchong location. The Indoor Sales Coordinator will be responsible for:
- Respond promptly and professionally to customers inquiries via WhatsApp messages, phone calls and emails.
- Process customer orders and generate invoices accurately.
- Provide product information, pricing and assistance with order placements.
- Update customers on new products, promotions and delivery of goods.
- Address customer concerns and resolve issues.
- Assist customers with collection of goods at office.
- Liaise with head office, suppliers & vendors.
Qualifications
- Sales Coordination and Sales Operations skills
- Customer Service and Communication skills
- Strong sales acumen
- Excellent interpersonal skills
- Ability to work effectively in a team
- Experience in the apparel industry is a plus
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field
