MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES
- Owning and hitting/exceeding annual sales targets within assigned territory and accounts
- Developing and executing strategic plan to achieve sales targets and expand our customer base
- Building and maintaining strong, long-lasting customer relationships.
- Partner with customers to understand their business needs and objectives
- Effectively communicate the value proposition through proposals and presentations
- Understand category-specific landscapes and trends
- Reporting on forces that shift tactical budgets and strategic direction of accounts
- Plan, Manage and Direct Commercial Team Direction in Industry.
- Conduct, Manage & Organize frequent Sales Meetings and Discussion
- Ensure the Commercial Team presence in the market is visible and relevant.
- Analyzing sales data and performing strategic planning for the sales department.
- Provide leadership and guidance to the commercial team.
- Provide Management with strategies and insights into market targets and reports.
- Collecting and analyzing data concerning client requirements to understand changing needs.
- Collaborating with various internal departments to ensure that they fulfill all customer requests
- Resolving complaints and keeping track of all processes that pertain to the client’s desires
