MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES

  1. Owning and hitting/exceeding annual sales targets within assigned territory and accounts
  2. Developing and executing strategic plan to achieve sales targets and expand our customer base
  3. Building and maintaining strong, long-lasting customer relationships.
  4. Partner with customers to understand their business needs and objectives
  5. Effectively communicate the value proposition through proposals and presentations
  6. Understand category-specific landscapes and trends
  7. Reporting on forces that shift tactical budgets and strategic direction of accounts
  8. Plan, Manage and Direct Commercial Team Direction in Industry.
  9. Conduct, Manage & Organize frequent Sales Meetings and Discussion
  10. Ensure the Commercial Team presence in the market is visible and relevant.
  11. Analyzing sales data and performing strategic planning for the sales department.
  12. Provide leadership and guidance to the commercial team.
  13. Provide Management with strategies and insights into market targets and reports.
  14. Collecting and analyzing data concerning client requirements to understand changing needs.
  15. Collaborating with various internal departments to ensure that they fulfill all customer requests
  16. Resolving complaints and keeping track of all processes that pertain to the client’s desires
