Job Description

  • Manage the screening of resumes and assist in the recruitment process, including scheduling interviews and conducting initial assessments.
  • Coordinate and facilitate onboarding processes for new hires.
  • Support the management team with day-to-day administrative tasks, including, but not limited to, handling confidential HR documents, preparing reports, and organizing and minuting meetings.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date team member records.
  • Provide miscellaneous support to the leadership team as needed, including document preparation and meeting coordination.
  • Assist the manager in acting as a liaison between staff and management to maintain alignment on HR-related matters and foster a positive workplace culture.
  • Serve as one of the first contact points for team members seeking assistance with workplace issues or concerns.
  • Support the investigation and resolution of team member complaints and conflicts in a fair, timely, and confidential manner.
  • Assist with team member engagement activities and performance review processes.
  • Support other HR functions as needed.
  • Present well-compiled research findings in an organized and accessible manner, enabling the director to make informed decisions.
  • Assist the director/manager in planning and coordinating work schedules and progress.
  • Support the supervision of team members.
  • Execute directives from directors and senior leadership.
  • Assist in tracking project progress and contributing to problem-solving efforts.
