Role and Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with Partners and Agencies: Work closely with internal and external teams to review the performance of Performance Marketing (PM) channels against key metrics and targets. Provide actionable insights for channel optimisation.
  • Campaign Management: Take end-to-end ownership of performance marketing campaigns across Paid Search, Display, Programmatic and Paid Social channels, ensuring alignment with our growth objectives.
  • Growth & Scalability: Plan and execute A/B testing, exploring new platforms for paid performance efforts.
  • Strategy Development: Formulate performance marketing strategies that align with our business goals and KPIs.
  • Goal Setting: Set and achieve quantifiable goals for all paid marketing activities to track and measure success.
  • Budget Planning: Plan and review budgets to ensure efficient ad spend across various channels, optimising ROI.
  • Communication: Collaborate with teams to create consistent and aligned communications across all channels.
  • Stay Updated: Stay abreast of emerging digital tools, platforms, and trends to diversify and optimise the channel mix and identify new opportunities.
  • Market Research: Research market trends, our brand's target audiences, and competitors to drive awareness, engagement, and conversions.
  • Data Analysis: Analyze reports and web traffic data to map the customer journey, identify trends, and make data-driven decisions.
  • Stakeholder Collaboration: Collaborate with stakeholders to align efforts and achieve shared marketing goals.

Qualifications and Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing or related fields.
  • Minimum 4-5 years of digital agency, digital marketing, or E-commerce marketing experience with paid media and affiliates' execution.
  • Proficiency in tools such as Google Analytics, Google Adwords, Paid Social advertising, and Microsoft Excel/PowerPoint/Word.
  • Strong data analysis skills and experience working in a data-driven environment.
  • Excellent multitasking abilities in a fast-paced environment, with strong project management capability.
  • Prior experience in the finance industry would be a plus.
  • Proactively takes initiatives and assumes ownership of projects.
