- Coordinating office activities and operations to secure efficiency and compliance with company policies.
- Carry out administrative duties such as filing, typing, copying, binding, scanning, etc.
- Manage phone calls and correspondence (e-mail, letters, packages, etc.).
- Submit timely reports and prepare presentations/proposals as assigned.
- Ensure the operation of equipment by completing preventive maintenance requirements; calling for repairs; maintaining equipment inventories; and evaluating new equipment and techniques.
- Ability to speak and write in Mandarin and English fluently.
- Proven experience as an office administrator, office assistant, or relevant role.
- Must possess at least SPM, Diploma, Bachelor's Degree, Post Graduate Diploma in office administration or relevant field is preferred.

- Familiar with basic computer operation and file handling.
- Basic Salary RM2,200-RM2,500 + Other Allowances + SOCSO, EPF & EIS.
