We are looking for an Influencer Marketing Specialist with strategic planning and able to produce successful content for digital media. If you think you meet the requirements, then you are the person we are looking for.
Your responsibilities are:
1. Strategy, Proposal and Servicing
a. Develop and execute influencer marketing strategies and creative campaigns.
b. Proposal potential influencers according to clients budgets and requirements.
c. Identify right KOL according to project requirement.
d. Liaise with client (servicing) and understand client terms and conditions.
e. Continuously propose potential influencers according to latest trend (F&B, Fashion, and etc.).
f. Manage various sizes of project and industries assigned by the superior.
g. Responsible for multi brand job assignment and project objectives.

h. Attend to any ad-hoc jobs assigned.
2. Sourcing and Filtering
a. Source data through influencer system provided.
b. Assist on sourcing and filtering the potential influencers according to clients budgets and requirements. c. Contact and liaise with influencers to engage with clients projects.
d. Arrange the right influencers for the right project.
3. Influencers Management
a. Provide briefing to influencers on the project set timeline and job scope.
b. Follow-up and manage project timeline to ensure influencers deliver job on-time.
c. Monitor influencers posting and prepare posting performance reports accordingly.
d. Build and maintain good relationship with the influencers.
4. Coordination with Servicing and Production Team
a. Liaise and coordinate with Media Strategist, Content Strategist, Creative Production Team and Influencer Team members for project requirement.
b. Coordinate with relevant department or team if there is any issue occurs.
c. Coordinate with Finance Department to update project details.
5. Reporting
a. To prepare report and present to the client
b. Reporting includes campaign performance, findings, insights and recommendation for future improvement.
c. Execute in all aspect of reporting inquiries by the client and team
Qualifications and Education Requirements
1. Possess at least Bachelor's Degree / Post Graduate Diploma / Professional Degree in Business Studies / Administration / Management / Marketing / Mass Communication or equivalent.
2. With minimum 1 to 3 years’ experience in digital media or agency industry.
Preferred Skills and Requirements
1. Always updated to the social media trend.
2. With hands on experience using social media – Familiar with various social media functions and features. 3. Proven work experience as a Community Management / Influencer Management or equivalent.
4. Experience in client servicing.
5. Strong time management and critical thinking.
6. Excellent written and verbal communication – Preferrable English and Bahasa Malaysia. Mandarin is a plus. 7. Excellent interpersonal and relationship building skills.
