About the Role:
We are seeking a proactive Talent Acquisition Intern to join our team. This role will focus primarily on sourcing and prescreening candidates for various positions within the company. The ideal candidate is a self-starter with strong communication skills in both Mandarin and English, and a keen interest in recruitment and talent management. This is a great opportunity to gain hands-on experience in talent acquisition and learn about the recruitment process in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities:
- Source and identify potential candidates through online channels (e.g., job boards, social media, and professional networks)
- Screen resumes and applications to shortlist candidates according to role requirements
- Conduct initial phone screenings to assess candidates' language proficiency, experience, and cultural fit
- Coordinate and schedule interviews with hiring managers and other team members
- Maintain and update candidate databases and track pipeline progress
- Support the Talent Acquisition team in various recruitment initiatives and employer branding activities
- Assist in creating job postings and promoting them on various platforms
Requirements:
- Current full time student or part time student.
- Proficiency in both Mandarin and English (written and spoken)
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks effectively
- Familiarity with sourcing tools, recruitment platforms is a plus
- We prefer candidates who are available to join immediately and can commit to a minimum of 6 months for this internship opportunity.
