About ParkIt
At ParkIt, we move fast, innovate with purpose, and build something extraordinary. We don’t just follow
trends, we set them! If you’re someone who thrives in a fast-paced, high-energy environment and
loves making an impact, we want you on our finance team.
What You’ll Do
As a Senior Finance Associate, you’ll be the go-to person for ensuring our financial operations are
accurate, compliant, and aligned with our ambitious growth goals. You’ll have the autonomy to own
key financial processes while collaborating with a team that’s all about innovation and efficiency. Here's
a glimpse of what you’ll be handling:
Account Closing: Lead the monthly and yearly account closing process like a pro.
Reconciliation: Ensure accuracy in reconciling accounts and identifying discrepancies.
Double Entry & Manual Journals: Manage double entries and ensure all manual journals are
recorded accurately.
Financial Statements: Be well-versed in the three core financial statements—cash flow,
profit & loss, and balance sheet. You’ll prepare and analyze these regularly.
Forecasting & Budgeting: Partner with our teams to develop robust forecasts and budgets
that reflect our goals and realities.
Cost Control: Implement cost control measures to optimize resources without
compromising on quality or growth.
Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A): Drive the strategic planning process by analyzing
financial data and providing actionable insights.
Compliance & Best Practices: Stay updated on financial regulations and ensure our
practices align with industry standards.
What We’re Looking For
We’re searching for a financial superstar who’s not just skilled in the technical aspects but also thrives
in a dynamic, ever-evolving startup culture. Here’s what you’ll need to succeed:
Experience: 2-3 years in finance or accounting, preferably in a high-growth environment.
Skills:
Strong knowledge of accounting principles and procedures (double-entry
bookkeeping, account reconciliation).
Proficient in preparing financial statements and conducting financial analysis.
Hands-on experience with forecasting, budgeting, and cost control.
Ability to work with accounting software and advanced Excel skills.
Problem-Solver: You can spot financial challenges from a mile away and are quick to find
solutions.
Self-Starter: You’re proactive, adaptable, and take initiative without being micromanaged.
Detail-Oriented: Numbers matter, and you care about getting them right.
Cultural Fit: You’re all about innovation, speed, and teamwork. At ParkIt, we evolve fast, and
so do you. You prioritize self-care while also bringing your A-game, and you’re ready to
jump in and collaborate to drive our collective success.
Perks of Being a Part of ParkIt
14 days of annual leave, so you can recharge and come back refreshed.
3 days vacation leave.
Flexible work arrangements (WFH days!) because we trust you to get the job done from
anywhere.
A team that’s got your back—together, we’re unstoppable.
Tons of growth opportunities—both personally and professionally.
