- Assist Director on daily basis
- Assist in following-up assigned task with other employees
- Assist in financial report for entities and management account
- Prepare documentation relating to e-commerce and retail operation
- Prepare bank reconciliation and shipping reconciliation
- Assist in checking and receiving goods from Supplier or Distributor
- Data entry, filing and keeping accurate report
- Make payment to supplier and verify payment from customers
- Check and record retail daily shift and daily sales
- Provide Quotation, Sales order, Delivery order, & Invoice for company
- Generate reports / financial dashboard and others administrative task for entities
- Check sales vs logistic billing
- Able to speak in both Bahasa Malaysia and English languages.
