Job Description
• Minimum SPM
• Preferably with an outspoken personality.
• Presentable outlook and personality. Honest and responsible
• With Customer Service experience is added advantage
• Computer Literate
• Willing to work in Shifts. One day off (Weekdays)
• Medically fit to work.
Job Responsibilities
• Confer with customers by telephone or in-person to provide information about services or obtain details on their queries.
• Sell tickets as per customer request and needs.
• Meticulous and tidy at the opening and closing reports. Keep the counter clean.
• Boarding buses and checking in customers; numbers and tickets as per SOP.
• Check to ensure appropriate changes were made to resolve customer problems.
• Ensuring Customer Service satisfaction with clients
• Following the process and procedure of the Company.
