As we continue to expand and enhance our offerings, we are seeking a talented, driven and customer-focused Product Manager to join our dynamic team.

You Will Be Expected To Achieve By

  • Responsible for steering the strategic direction of the product, from identifying market opportunities to creating innovative solutions and driving revenue growth. They oversee the entire product lifecycle, ensuring alignment with business objectives, and addressing market needs effectively.
  • Spearheading participant and consumer service enablement, ensuring maximum market penetration across consumer and business segments. Your role involves strategically creating new payment experiences and channels, leveraging existing unified product platforms to bridge market gaps. Collaborating with commercial teams and providers, you drive revenue growth by exploring new channels and tapping into previously underserved segments.
  • Owning of the product roadmap, prioritization, and backlog management falls within your domain. You define propositions, craft UX frameworks, and establish product requirements, aligning them with market demands and user needs to ensure product excellence and customer satisfaction.
  • Lead co-creation activities with stakeholders, including Commercial, Operations and Technology Division towards defining enhanced product propositions.
  • Ownership of product roadmap through prioritization of use cases & enhancements based on impact and business goal.
  • Defining project scope, objectives, impact, user experiences, deliverables, and timelines in collaboration with stakeholders and project teams
  • Request for resource allocation through the Planning and Demand Management team in Technology Division
  • Translating business requirements to user stories, acceptance criteria, and prioritization of development tasks in collaboration with the application development teams or vendors.
  • Continuously monitor and analyze product performance, user feedback, and market trends to identify opportunities for improvement and inform future product iterations.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in business administration, computer science, or a related field. Advanced degree preferred.
  • Proven experience (10 years) as a Product Manager or similar role in the financial services, fintech or payment industry, preferably with exposure to payment products in an operational role.
  • Good understanding of payment systems, technologies, and industry standards.
  • Excellent research and analytical skills, with the ability to gather and interpret market insights and customer needs.
  • Demonstrated ability to collaborate effectively with cross functional teams and in stakeholder management and engagement, with the ability to influence and build relationships at various levels.
  • Knowledge of risk management, compliance, and regulatory requirements related to payment networks.
  • Experience in developing project proposals, business cases, and financial analysis to secure funding.
  • Familiarity with agile methodologies and experience collaborating with technology teams to define product specifications and user stories.
  • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to convey complex concepts and ideas in a clear and concise manner.
  • Strong organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects and prioritize effectively.
  • Passion for innovation and staying abreast of emerging technologies and industry trends.
