      • Regularly communicate with clients to ensure satisfaction and uncover new business needs.

        Sales and Negotiation:

        • Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations and proposals.
        • Negotiate contract terms, pricing, and service agreements with potential clients.
        • Work closely with internal teams (e.g., sales, marketing, product development) to align strategies and solutions.

          Achieve Sales Targets:

          • Meet or exceed sales targets and quotas set by the company.
          • Provide accurate sales forecasts and report on business development activities regularly.
          • Track KPIs such as lead conversion rates, sales pipeline status, and client acquisition.

            Market Intelligence and Feedback:

            • Stay up-to-date with market trends, industry developments, and competitor activities.
            • Share market insights with internal teams to refine products, services, and marketing strategies.
            • Provide feedback on customer needs, pain points, and satisfaction to enhance the customer experience.

              Collaboration with Internal Teams:

              • Collaborate with marketing, sales, and product teams to develop and execute targeted campaigns and product solutions.
              • Support the onboarding of new clients by coordinating with relevant departments (e.g., operations, customer service).

                Reporting & Documentation:

                • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of sales activities, client communications, and pipeline status.
                • Prepare regular reports for management, highlighting achievements, challenges, and opportunities.

Education:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Sales, or a related field (preferred).

    Experience:

    • Proven experience in business development, sales, or a related fields.

      Skills:

      • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage and build relationships with clients.
      • Exceptional negotiation and closing skills.
      • Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines.
      • Strong problem-solving and critical thinking skills.
      • Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and results-driven.
      • Mandarin.
