Qualifications & experience
- Possess a Diploma or Degree in any discipline. Fresh graduates are encourage to apply
- Good communication skills and able to speak, write English fairly well
- Have a positive mindset and willing to learn.
- Customer oriented, independent, confident and highly motivated.
- Resourceful, initiative, and able to work independently as well as a team when required.
- Experience in conducting training or public speaking will be advantageous.
Tasks & responsibilities
- Support customers' tickets including call, chat, and tickets on freshwork ticketing platform
- Adhere to support ticket SOP including writing a summary for resolved tickets, streamlining conversation thru Microsoft Teams and others
- Prepare solution articles for clients reference
- Prepare training materials and conduct trainings to clients
- Perform internal testing on released application and liase with tech team for resolution of application bugs
- Prepare daily timesheet, weekly work plan and tickets analysis report
