Role Overview:

As the Admissions and Student Success Executive, you’ll play a vital role in guiding students from their initial inquiry to graduation. Your responsibilities will span admissions support, enrollment guidance, and continuous student success advocacy. This role is perfect for someone with a passion for education, tech, and helping others reach their full potential.

Key Responsibilities:

Admissions Support:

• Respond to prospective student inquiries and provide detailed program information.

• Conduct admissions interviews to assess applicants’ readiness and suitability.

• Guide students through the application and enrollment processes with clarity and empathy.

Student Success Monitoring:

• Track student progress and engagement, proactively addressing challenges.

• Conduct regular check-ins to assess student well-being, satisfaction, and learning needs.

• Work with students to identify goals, learning strategies, and any necessary support resources.

Program Collaboration:

• Partner with instructors and operations to enhance student experience.

• Relay feedback to refine admissions and program processes continually.

Community Engagement & Support:

• Facilitate group discussions, peer mentorship, and community-building activities.

• Organize and lead online and onsite events to strengthen student connections.

Qualifications:

• Experience in an admissions, student success, or advisory role (preferably in education or tech).

• Excellent interpersonal skills with a friendly and supportive demeanor.

• Familiarity with coding/programming languages is a plus, but not required.

• Strong organizational skills and a proactive approach to problem-solving.

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a dynamic environment.
