Ready to lead the charge in digital marketing innovation? As the Principal, Digital Marketing, you lead the digital content strategy to drive business growth. You analyze and optimize the company website to increase brand awareness, engagement, and the volume and quality of inbound leads. You present and evangelize content strategy and roadmaps. You provide leadership to the members of the Digital Marketing team.

What You Will Be Doing

  • Conduct website content audits using Google Analytics and other third-party data.
  • Assess content opportunities and provide strategy recommendations.
  • Create and optimize journey paths for distinct groups (persona or industry-based).
  • Develop SEO plans for new keyword coverage and improve existing keyword positions.
  • Build and socialize approved content strategy to achieve project goals and deliver roadmap initiatives.
  • Manage cross-functional content project teams and ensure timely delivery.
  • Collaborate with other marketing teams to provide web content strategy and direction while following guidelines.

What You Will Likely Bring

  • Strong knowledge of Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, Word, and Outlook.
  • Ability to work as a team player with leadership skills and a self-starter approach.
  • Excellent communication skills and proficiency in business and industry.
  • 7+ years managing web content plans, SEO, and web copywriting.
  • 5+ years analyzing web data and experience with Google Analytics, SalesForce, and CMS (Ektron a plus).

What Could Set You Apart

  • Experience with heat maps, BrightEdge, Demandbase, and Market a plus.
  • 8+ years applicable experience.
  • 3+ years of specialized/industry experience.
  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing or related field (MBA is a plus).
